Congratulations – you've now installed and configured the ToCoM system on your server. All that remains to be done before you and your users can start using the system is:
Configuring and Starting the ToCoM System Services
Setting up access to ToCoM on your workstations
Setting up User Accounts, Security, and Optional Components (e.g. CTI)
Whilst the above tasks are covered in detail in the ToCoM System Administrator's guide, we'll go through the steps required in this 'Quick Start' Guide – so you can get ToCoM up and running as quickly, and as easily, as possible.
